Cerradinho FC was born on 25 May 2024 in northern Goiás. The club transforms the landscape, resilience and beauty of the Brazilian Cerrado into a distinctive football identity.

On 24 October 1857, Nathaniel Creswick and William Prest founded Sheffield Football Club. Its journey and the rules developed in Sheffield form part of the historical foundations of modern football.
