Privacy Notice
Cerradinho FC respects everyone who chooses to become part of its story. This notice explains how we handle Founding Supporter registrations, messages sent to the club and website audience measurement.
Information we collect
Name, email address, city/state and, when provided, interest in the official shirt and preferred size.
How we use it
To share institutional club news, communicate updates, build the Founding Supporter community and estimate demand for the first official shirt.
Consent and withdrawal
Registration is voluntary and the submitted address is confirmed by email. Every communication includes an immediate unsubscribe option. You may also ask us to stop communications and delete your information at any time.
Protection and sharing
Information is stored in a protected environment and is not sold. It may only be processed by technical services required to operate the website and send club communications. We keep confirmation and unsubscribe status so that your preferences are respected.
Audience measurement without identification
To understand the project's reach, we count page openings, language, broad traffic-source category, device type, country and, for access from Brazil, approximate state. Information enters the system as separate daily counters. We do not store IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers, fingerprints, cities, exact location or individual browsing histories. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Countries and states with fewer than five visits in the selected period remain hidden in the administrative dashboard.
Messages sent to the club
When you write to the official address, we may store the sender, recipient, subject and plain-text content so the club can read and reply. The dashboard does not load HTML, external images or automatically copy attachments. The dashboard applies a 180-day retention policy and removes expired messages during its maintenance routines.
